To register for the Monroe Lip Sync Contest you will need to download the registration form, fill it out, and either email it to us at contestant@monroelipsync.org or send it via postal mail to 15103 173rd Ave SE, Monroe WA 98272.
Remember that only the first 25 acts that complete their registration and send it in will be asked to perform.
